I recently had to being my jeep in for unexpected repairs and the landmark team made everything simple. The manager Eddie Rosa went out of his way to make sure I was able to get a temporary vehicle and made the process simple. Sales associate Chip made sure I was able to keep the temporary vehicle for a extra day when they informed me of a necessary part was coming in late. Overall the service was great and I appreciated their efforts.

Landmark Dodge of Morrow provided far and away the BEST customer experience I have ever had buying a vehicle (and this is about my 20th vehicle purchase). The team handled everything perfectly and answered/anticipated every question. From the negotiation to the paperwork to the delivery and drive-off, exceptional service. Even the little things were all handled with perfection. The transaction was low-stress and high-quality and high-integrity (everything just as explained/expected). At every step they made me feel like my satisfaction was important to them. (Almost everywhere else it seems that is a rarity today.) And the vehicle is a joy. So on this particular day, my son decided he wanted a Dodge Challenger and to trade his Honda Insight ( as you can see from the previous post). Our salesperson was awesome , first after a very professional greeting at the door, he advised us that they were trying to get rid of all the 2023 vehicles which sounded pretty good to me and my son. The salesperson then asked about our down payment which I said $500.00 ( IKR). So we were escorted to the lot, and looked at a 2023 Gray Challenger which was nice and I think a 6-cylinder. We then lay eyes on this nice, sexy black two-door challenger( my words, not my son's. Lol). Very, very nice which was a HEMI. The difference in the price was $45.00. To bring this awesome service/experience to a close..oh yes, we drove off in a 2023 Dodge Challenger . Thanks Landmark Dodge for everything even getting us what we wanted for so little down and all the extra such as oil change etc. ❤️

I have always taken my car to landmark in morrow GA when major repairs are needed. However, I know not every situation is always a positive outcome when it comes to repairs and its prices. I know to take the good with the bad. First , shout out to my service advisor Dionte. I’ve always worked with Dionte due to his communication skills. Dionte always kept me updated on issues and its recommendations with my permission. I brought my car in due to an over heating issue where I had to get it towed to landmark. Landmark tested my car with the issues I reported. Landmark not only tested it once but three times due to my concern. I was kept in the loop with updates and what was tested. Due to their testing , I didn’t need a new part .They gave my car a loving burp on its back and BAM , car was happy and ready to drive. Many places could have lied and said they replaced parts and fixed areas that required unnecessary labor for money, but this wasn’t the case. In conclusion, I was happy with the results.

When you come to get a new vehicle ask for Lamin Ceesay. This is the salesperson you have always wanted. I have bought vehicles from here before and the experience was pleasant. Although we were close to making a deal this time on a 2023 Ram 1500 it didn't work out. No fault of Lamins' he and Chris who assisted him were great. They tried to help out in every way they could. Fantastic customer service. If you come to Landmark Dodge in Morrow ask for Lamin.
Called to see if a part was in stock and if I could have it installed same-day. The answer was YES and YES. The parts guy was patient, knowledgeable on the phone and in person. Now, the service technician, PRESTON, had me in and out in 10 min. I don't know what else you can ask for in service! Just purchased a new wagoneer and had a simple issue that needed addressing. Was quickly greeted upon my arrival. Preston Hood wrote me up we had a brief chat, and he had me on my way within minutes.
I purchased my car at the Chamblee location and I complained about a noise that I was hearing on the second day of my purchase, I was told that they couldn’t help me until I reached 1300 miles. That didn’t sit well with me so I brought my car to Morrow location and they assisted me and made me feel like a priority! Big thanks to the team Eddie,Ashley and Lee keep up the great work!! Writing this review to speak on the class and kindness of JB at Landmark Morrow. I bought a car from a completely separate dealership (Landmark Atlanta). I bought it brand new and a few months later found out there was an accident reported on the carfax. The Atlanta location and their manager would not help me at all on the matter. They actually called the police to have me removed from the property when I told them I wasn’t going to leave until we found out what the issue was. They were completely content with selling me a brand new car that had an accident reported on it. The car had originally been transferred from the Morrow location. After I reached out to the Morrow location, JB, who had nothing to do with my issue or car took it upon himself to figure out what happened. It turns out, there was a mix up in paperwork and my vehicle’s vin number was recorded on someone else’s license plate by mistake and they got in an accident, so the police report looked as though it was my car that had been in an accident. JB found this information, corrected it in the system AND submitted the he new information to the police department so they could amend the report. He did all of this without having any obligation to do so. He didn’t sell me a car, he didn’t make any money from me, we never even met face to face. He reached out to me from the beginning to let me know he wanted to solve the problem. This was the 6th car I’ve purchased and never in my life have I ever encountered a car salesman with THAT level of integrity. If you live in Georgia and you want to buy a car, go buy it from JB. You won’t find a better person to buy a car from, I can guarantee that.

OMG! I NEED TO SHOUT OUT 2 wonderful workers at landmark Dodge in Morrow. I have been given the runaround for two months. No one could find the problem. I was at the last of given up with Dodge when I schedule an oil change appointment, and prayed on the way there that I can speak with someone that will understand me. My first greet was SARA I asked her to listen and hear me out. She listened and got her manager Eddie they both heard my frustration as I had just left chemotherapy and not only fixed the problem but went over and beyond to get it fixed in 24 hours. Customer service is very important and they exceeded with great service and empathy! For that I will forever return! I’m in tears typing this but it’s happy tears. Thank you to Eddie and Sara again.

It is great that there is an appointment system in place. I used to have to wait for hours. Now, it’s no more than an hour.
Aldijana Dedic took great care of me and got my vehicle repaired faster than the initial estimates. She communicated issues and chased down my Mopar warranty without me having to do anything.

Scott is the only service advisor I come to at this Dodge dealership. He always takes great care of me and makes sure I understand what’s going on with my vehicle. As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating dealing with car repairs and maintenance, but Scott is always honest, respectful, and patient when explaining things. As a veteran, I also appreciate the level of professionalism and customer service he provides. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of and that my vehicle is safe and running properly. That’s why I continue to come back and ask for him specifically. Visited Landmark Dodge for an oil change and tire rotation and had a really good service experience overall. Scott was amazing! He was very informative, professional, and kept us updated throughout the entire process regarding the status of our vehicle. Great customer service definitely makes a difference. The waiting lounge could use some updating as it feels a bit old and outdated. However, like most car service lounges, complimentary coffee was available while waiting, which was appreciated. Overall, the service itself was smooth and efficient, and Scott’s communication made the visit a positive one.

Chris was great, I dropped my car off for an oil change and she called me to recommend a few “upgrades”. Initially I wasn’t sold but after I thought about it I took her suggestions. At no point was she pushy just informative. Also liked that I could see my updates online, they sent me my suggestions with pictures of what my car looked liked under the hood (filters), and I also was able to pay for the service online before I picked up. When I picked up she went over everything that was done on my vehicle and they already had my car pulled up so no long wait times. Very smooth and easy process!

Dionte followed up to make sure that all my questions were answered. He was very professional and happy to go above and beyond to seek out the answers to my questions. However the initial appointment took double the estimated time I was quoted. Not counting the time Dionte spent tracking down some answers for me afterwards, including getting a diagnostic code read after I was informed it wasn't part of the multipoint inspection that I paid for.

That they corrected something in another shop messed up as I wasn't able to totally correct my alignment there was able to guide me what I needed to do to correct my alignment all the way further going forward but they did almost get it back to factory specs which is something really big that the other shop couldn't do on their machine

I didn’t like nothing! Jared was as suppose to replace flaps on my car and didn’t. He lied and said he forgot and he didn’t because we discussed it. My car was there three times for the same issue and still wasn’t fixed. Jared is a liar and manipulator.
