I know to take the good with the bad. First , shout out to my service advisor Dionte. I’ve always worked with Dionte due to his communication skills. Dionte always kept me updated on issues and its recommendations with my permission. I brought my car in due to an over heating issue where I had to get it towed to landmark. Landmark tested my car with the issues I reported. Landmark not only tested it once but three times due to my concern. I was kept in the loop with updates and what was tested. Due to their testing , I didn’t need a new part .They gave my car a loving burp on its back and BAM , car was happy and ready to drive. Many places could have lied and said they replaced parts and fixed areas that required unnecessary labor for money, but this wasn’t the case. In conclusion, I was happy with the results.
Took my Challenger to get serviced and was impressed with my experience. I let the advisor Jamar Dye know exactly what I needed looked at and everything was completed to a high standard. This was my first time here so I’m very happy with the customer service I received !
Jamar (sp) was a God send! On our way back to Ohio from vacation in Florida and our car died. Made it to the dealership luckily and he took care of us through it all and helping put us at ease throughout the whole process. Made us a priority even though we were last minute on a Friday! Come here and ask for Jamar!!!

Although we were close to making a deal this time on a 2023 Ram 1500 it didn't work out. No fault of Lamins' he and Chris who assisted him were great. They tried to help out in every way they could. Now, the service technician, PRESTON, had me in and out in 10 min. I don't know what else you can ask for in service! What brought me to landmark Dodge was the fact that I purchased a Dodge Challenger hellcat at a none Dodge dealership. Which at the time seemed to be a pretty reputable dealership. "Gravity Autos "Marietta. But after making the purchase of the vehicle but not receiving the red key I was highly disappointed. After the sales team did not deliver on promises made. Which was to have a red key programmed to my car and deliver it the next day. I never received a call about the matter. The job was never done. But after deciding to go to Landmark Dodge I felt as if they had saved the day for me. The staff there were very warm and welcoming. They did not take long to attend to any customers that I saw there at the time. And I left there satisfied .John Mannering was the knowledgeable individual that helped me. I went to 3 different dealerships and they couldn’t help to get me out of a loan because I was upside down. We went to Landmark and spoke with Victor and he told me, he can make the deal happen. Victor helped me to get the daughter her 1st car and took me out of a bad contract on the other vehicle. in addition, the tag was held up in the tag office in Miami and Victor on personal trip stopped in at the tag office, waited over an hour and helped me to get the tag worked out.
