I live in Kennesaw and usually go to the Jeep dealership in Dallas to service my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. But I was in McDonough, trekking back home to Kennesaw when my tire pressure became low. Yes, I could have gone to any gas station to quickly fill my tires with air. But upon quickly doing a Google search, I rapidly realized that a Jeep dealership was along my route home. I pulled into the service department and the kind lady (I wish I grabbed her name) handled my very simple & easy tire pressure issue with ease and quickness. She took my Jeep around back to fill the tires with air, and not even 2 minutes later, I was back in my Jeep to make the trek back to Kennesaw. This is trivial, but I wish they had their air hose installed in the ceiling like in Dallas. It makes it so much more convenient for the customer when it's in the ceiling because the customer doesn't even have to get out their vehicle.
I love having my cars serviced here! My advisor is always Mr. Jemar, and he provides me with professional services every time I’m there! Highly satisfied with his services! Great dude! Both my hellcats are running the way it’s supposed too!

I dropped my jeep off Monday after hours prior to my scheduled appointment . The next day Holly called me introducing herself as my service advisor. From the first day until now I have had clear communication from Holly. Holly was transparent about the time frame for the diagnostic and reached out to be with the results along with price for service. Holly also communicated every step of the process via text to keep me updated on the repairs. If you ever need service for your jeep wrangler, I would definitely recommend Landmark in Morrow. The diagnosed the issues with my jeep and repaired it in a timely manner.
To whom it may concern, Preston has done a great job getting me through my oil change. The wait was not long and the professionalism that was put fourth my way was awesome. I appreciate the workmanship that was provided. I will always get my oil change here jus because its always a great experience with Dodge. Thank you and i appreciate it. The cashiers were also friendly and professional.

We had a fast and fair transaction selling my old car at Landmark Dodge. From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with friendly staff and felt like they gave me a fair offer for my old car. 10/10 great experience.
Place was amazing. I love about 100 miles away. Was interested in a truck they had. Called them we worked a deal and then we were trying to figure out a way for me to pick up the vehicle. They decided just to deliver it to me. No questions asked. Everyone up there from the salesman to management was super nice and helpful. Will do business with them again
I will purchase a vehicle from here over and over again! The staff was amazing, knowledgeable and quick! We picked our vehicle, worked numbers and were in finance less than 1 hour! Ceeseasy was very professional and helpful and thanks to the sales manger Cody we were able to leave with a vehicle we were in love with and get out of a car we were very unhappy with that was purchased somewhere else. We are loving our Grand Cherokee L !!

Service was quick and price was right. I will give them another chance when I need another service on my truck. The staff was attentive and handled my check-in and out very well
1st time at Landmark. I told William Graham what I was looking for and he found it very quickly. Got a great deal from Mike Wise in finance. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood what I was signing. Detail department didn't do a very good job at first, but I took it back and they made sure everything was taken care of at no charge.
Went to see if I can get a car today and I had a great experience with Suzan. She explained everything and worked to get me a new car with a great price. I wasn't stressed and really had a great experience. I recommend Suzan to anyone looking for a vehicle.

What brought me to landmark Dodge was the fact that I purchased a Dodge Challenger hellcat at a none Dodge dealership. Which at the time seemed to be a pretty reputable dealership. "Gravity Autos "Marietta. But after making the purchase of the vehicle but not receiving the red key I was highly disappointed. After the sales team did not deliver on promises made. Which was to have a red key programmed to my car and deliver it the next day. I never received a call about the matter. The job was never done. But after deciding to go to Landmark Dodge I felt as if they had saved the day for me. The staff there were very warm and welcoming. They did not take long to attend to any customers that I saw there at the time. And I left there satisfied .John Mannering was the knowledgeable individual that helped me. From now on this is where I believe I’ll be going for all of my car needs and nowhere else. Thanks again to John and all of the other staff members that I met there.

I went to 3 different dealerships and they couldn’t help to get me out of a loan because I was upside down. We went to Landmark and spoke with Victor and he told me, he can make the deal happen. Victor helped me to get the daughter her 1st car and took me out of a bad contract on the other vehicle. in addition, the tag was held up in the tag office in Miami and Victor on personal trip stopped in at the tag office, waited over an hour and helped me to get the tag worked out. I believe that is service without boundaries. Thank you tremendously Victor and you will always be ’our person in the car business.’
