Writing this review to speak on the class and kindness of JB at Landmark Morrow. I bought a car from a completely separate dealership (Landmark Atlanta). I bought it brand new and a few months later found out there was an accident reported on the carfax. The Atlanta location and their manager would not help me at all on the matter. They actually called the police to have me removed from the property when I told them I wasn’t going to leave until we found out what the issue was. They were completely content with selling me a brand new car that had an accident reported on it. The car had originally been transferred from the Morrow location. After I reached out to the Morrow location, JB, who had nothing to do with my issue or car took it upon himself to figure out what happened. It turns out, there was a mix up in paperwork and my vehicle’s vin number was recorded on someone else’s license plate by mistake and they got in an accident, so the police report looked as though it was my car that had been in an accident. JB found this information, corrected it in the system AND submitted the he new information to the police department so they could amend the report. He did all of this without having any obligation to do so. He didn’t sell me a car, he didn’t make any money from me, we never even met face to face. He reached out to me from the beginning to let me know he wanted to solve the problem. This was the 6th car I’ve purchased and never in my life have I ever encountered a car salesman with THAT level of integrity. If you live in Georgia and you want to buy a car, go buy it from JB. You won’t find a better person to buy a car from, I can guarantee that.
I had to take my truck in for a recall, and Ashley, The service advisor, was amazing. When I got there, she was very attentive, had great energy, and most of all she was able to get me in and out of there the same day. I really appreciate her customer service and I recommend you take your vehicle to this Location for your service needs!
I received excellent service from Mr. Jamar Dye! He was kind, courteous, very helpful and knowledgeable about my vehicle. He made time for my car during the Thanksgiving holiday. Thanks again!!
If you have ever gone to a dealership, you know what makes places like Carvana and VROOM look so wonderful! I have to say that my mind has been changed after having dealt with the fellows at Landmark Dodge Jeep. I purchased 2024 Hornet that I absolutely love! Did it take a while for minds to meet to get me the deal that I wanted? Of course! But there is something to be said about good old fashioned face to face communication. I feel like I was heard when I spoke about options, price and down payment! Peter, Ceesay and Tim worked it out so that I would be very pleased and not overwhelmed! Land mark Dodge is where to go!!
Aldijana Dedic took great care of me and got my vehicle repaired faster than the initial estimates. She communicated issues and chased down my Mopar warranty without me having to do anything.

What brought me to landmark Dodge was the fact that I purchased a Dodge Challenger hellcat at a none Dodge dealership. Which at the time seemed to be a pretty reputable dealership. "Gravity Autos "Marietta. But after making the purchase of the vehicle but not receiving the red key I was highly disappointed. After the sales team did not deliver on promises made. Which was to have a red key programmed to my car and deliver it the next day. I never received a call about the matter. The job was never done. But after deciding to go to Landmark Dodge I felt as if they had saved the day for me. The staff there were very warm and welcoming. They did not take long to attend to any customers that I saw there at the time. And I left there satisfied .John Mannering was the knowledgeable individual that helped me. I worked with Larion Downs and he was amazing. I usually work with another salesman, but he retired. I thought he was great, but he wasn’t as detailed as Larion. I am definitely referring my employees to him.
I went to 3 different dealerships and they couldn’t help to get me out of a loan because I was upside down. We went to Landmark and spoke with Victor and he told me, he can make the deal happen. Victor helped me to get the daughter her 1st car and took me out of a bad contract on the other vehicle. in addition, the tag was held up in the tag office in Miami and Victor on personal trip stopped in at the tag office, waited over an hour and helped me to get the tag worked out. I believe that is service without boundaries. Thank you tremendously Victor and you will always be ’our person in the car business.’
