I prefer when something goes “wrong” to be able to see how management would actually treat you. Had a minor hiccup in the sales process and Chris made sure that he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. 5 stars and when I get my survey I’ll be happy to say how happy I am again!
We went to this Dealership in Morrow, my wife and me to purchase a jeep, we met Tanner, a salesman, very courteous and professional, found a jeep wrangler but we couldn't agree on the final price, but Tanner and his manager were very helpful and really try to work with us, it's unfortunate that we couldn't conclude the deal, but we say thanks to Tanner and his manager for being there for us, they really tried and we appreciate you guys at Landmark Dodge Chrysler of Morrow.

William Granham was a great salesman had a very professional demeanor, positive attitude & helped us find a great vehicle I have been dealing with landmark for years and can vouch the Financial Advisor Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable as well.
Jesse smith was absolutely amazing. Came in for rotor replacement and breaks, was able to discuss other things with my vehicle and make an informed decision on how I wanted to proceed. Even though there was a lot of cars ahead of me, they still were able to get me in and out by the end of the day! ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING SERVICE!

He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood what I was signing. Detail department didn't do a very good job at first, but I took it back and they made sure everything was taken care of at no charge.

The manager Eddie Rosa went out of his way to make sure I was able to get a temporary vehicle and made the process simple. Sales associate Chip made sure I was able to keep the temporary vehicle for a extra day when they informed me of a necessary part was coming in late. Overall the service was great and I appreciated their efforts.
I came to do the dealership with my mom to purchase her a new car. We had a GREAT experience with our salesperson William and the sales manager, Colby. They were so patient and accommodating with me and my mom while we went back and forth deciding which Jeep was best for her. I highly recommend this dealership.
Brought a Durango from Christian at Landmark, drove over an hour to get there and all I can say is that it was GREAT from start to finish. Very nice young man, did what he said he would do, was in and out.

Landmark Dodge of Morrow provided far and away the BEST customer experience I have ever had buying a vehicle (and this is about my 20th vehicle purchase). The team handled everything perfectly and answered/anticipated every question. From the negotiation to the paperwork to the delivery and drive-off, exceptional service. Even the little things were all handled with perfection. The transaction was low-stress and high-quality and high-integrity (everything just as explained/expected). At every step they made me feel like my satisfaction was important to them. (Almost everywhere else it seems that is a rarity today.) And the vehicle is a joy. It is no wonder they are the biggest/best in the state. Highly recommended!
My experience with Landmark Dodge Chrysler Jeep was great. So on this particular day, my son decided he wanted a Dodge Challenger and to trade his Honda Insight ( as you can see from the previous post). Our salesperson was awesome , first after a very professional greeting at the door, he advised us that they were trying to get rid of all the 2023 vehicles which sounded pretty good to me and my son. The salesperson then asked about our down payment which I said $500.00 ( IKR). So we were escorted to the lot, and looked at a 2023 Gray Challenger which was nice and I think a 6-cylinder. We then lay eyes on this nice, sexy black two-door challenger( my words, not my son's. Lol). Very, very nice which was a HEMI. The difference in the price was $45.00. To bring this awesome service/experience to a close..oh yes, we drove off in a 2023 Dodge Challenger . Thanks Landmark Dodge for everything even getting us what we wanted for so little down and all the extra such as oil change etc. ??

What brought me to landmark Dodge was the fact that I purchased a Dodge Challenger hellcat at a none Dodge dealership. Which at the time seemed to be a pretty reputable dealership. "Gravity Autos "Marietta. But after making the purchase of the vehicle but not receiving the red key I was highly disappointed. After the sales team did not deliver on promises made. Which was to have a red key programmed to my car and deliver it the next day. I never received a call about the matter. The job was never done. But after deciding to go to Landmark Dodge I felt as if they had saved the day for me. The staff there were very warm and welcoming. They did not take long to attend to any customers that I saw there at the time. And I left there satisfied .John Mannering was the knowledgeable individual that helped me. From now on this is where I believe I’ll be going for all of my car needs and nowhere else. Thanks again to John and all of the other staff members that I met there.
I worked with Larion Downs and he was amazing. I usually work with another salesman, but he retired. I thought he was great, but he wasn’t as detailed as Larion. I am definitely referring my employees to him.
I went to 3 different dealerships and they couldn’t help to get me out of a loan because I was upside down. We went to Landmark and spoke with Victor and he told me, he can make the deal happen. Victor helped me to get the daughter her 1st car and took me out of a bad contract on the other vehicle. in addition, the tag was held up in the tag office in Miami and Victor on personal trip stopped in at the tag office, waited over an hour and helped me to get the tag worked out. I believe that is service without boundaries. Thank you tremendously Victor and you will always be ’our person in the car business.’
