We were visiting from out of town when we stopped in for vehicle service. Our service advisor, Earl Hanger Jr., was outstanding in every way. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism, clearly explaining everything along the way. Earl let us know about an issue with the front brakes, and when I saw it for myself, I was grateful the technicians had caught it. He kept us informed, explained our options, and had us safely back on the road even sooner than expected. Excellent customer service from Earl and the dealership’s skilled team of technicians!

Prior to taking my car to Landmark I had a very unpleasant experience at another Chrysler dealership regarding repairs and service here in this area. It was a blessing in disguise, my service advisor Joshua and the technician Allen, at Landmark were honest and Courteous. My Chrysler 200 2012 that I’ve had for the last 11 years responded just like the first day I bought my car. Every issue/repair was needed and affordable. Originally from California, I was so fortunate to find a Dealership here in Georgia that did excellent work. I would highly recommend this dealership for repairs and service

My wife and I had a great experience with Landmark of Morrow. We went in to look at their inventory of Jeep Grand Cherokees. We had been leaning toward the Limited, but we were able to get a great deal on a Summit and are super happy. From Gabbi (our sales agent) to their Sales (Cody) and Finance (Mike) Managers we worked with customer service experts. They treated us like family (including Mickey cooking hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill for everyone). I highly recommend Landmark if you're in the market for a vehicle.

This location is a great location for service. I had the best service provider ever, goes by the name HOLLIE. She showed me excellent customer service as well did she keep me updated on everything that was goin on. She got my warranty approved and had my vehicle fixed within 2weeks of approval, not to mention had all the parts order along with getting a recall done. I just wanna thank her and thank everyone at dodge for making things happen.
So I was having issues with my jeep getting stuck in park and also all the lights on the dash would pop up and would have a hard time steering during driving operations. I initially had my jeep at Union City Jeep dealership. It was there for 6 months!!! They kept telling me that the ABS module and a couple other parts was on back order and every date they said it would arrive I would have to call them to check and they would say it’s been pushed back another month. So this went on for a total of 6 months. I went up to the dealership to check on it on month 6 and the customer rep said that they don’t see a ticket for my Jeep. At this point I’m pissed and decided to take a risk and drive my jeep out of there. I drove straight to LandMark which is about 20 min from Union City Jeep. I arrived with no issues thank God. I was greeted and I explained everything to my representative. He specifically told me he was up for the challenge to get my Jeep fixed. Approx. 3-4 weeks later I get a call back saying my Jeep is fixed. I was excited and skeptical at the same time because I was assuming it would take a couple months to get back. . I went to pick it up and it’s been about a month now since I got it back,, I’ve had zero issues with my Jeep and it feels brand new. Thank you again to Landmark Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of Morrow ! I highly recommend for my Jeepers out there with any issues.

I live in Kennesaw and usually go to the Jeep dealership in Dallas to service my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. But I was in McDonough, trekking back home to Kennesaw when my tire pressure became low. Yes, I could have gone to any gas station to quickly fill my tires with air. But upon quickly doing a Google search, I rapidly realized that a Jeep dealership was along my route home. I pulled into the service department and the kind lady (I wish I grabbed her name) handled my very simple & easy tire pressure issue with ease and quickness. She took my Jeep around back to fill the tires with air, and not even 2 minutes later, I was back in my Jeep to make the trek back to Kennesaw. This is trivial, but I wish they had their air hose installed in the ceiling like in Dallas. It makes it so much more convenient for the customer when it's in the ceiling because the customer doesn't even have to get out their vehicle.

My 2020 Jeep Wrangler was having some issues so I did a quick search for the nearest dealership. I called the landmark service department and made an appointment for a diagnostic test. I dropped my jeep off Monday after hours prior to my scheduled appointment . The next day Holly called me introducing herself as my service advisor. From the first day until now I have had clear communication from Holly. Holly was transparent about the time frame for the diagnostic and reached out to be with the results along with price for service. Holly also communicated every step of the process via text to keep me updated on the repairs. If you ever need service for your jeep wrangler, I would definitely recommend Landmark in Morrow. The diagnosed the issues with my jeep and repaired it in a timely manner.
To whom it may concern, Preston has done a great job getting me through my oil change. The wait was not long and the professionalism that was put fourth my way was awesome. We went to this Dealership in Morrow, my wife and me to purchase a jeep, we met Tanner, a salesman, very courteous and professional, found a jeep wrangler but we couldn't agree on the final price, but Tanner and his manager were very helpful and really try to work with us, it's unfortunate that we couldn't conclude the deal, but we say thanks to Tanner and his manager for being there for us, they really tried and we appreciate you guys at Landmark Dodge Chrysler of Morrow.

I recently had to being my jeep in for unexpected repairs and the landmark team made everything simple. The manager Eddie Rosa went out of his way to make sure I was able to get a temporary vehicle and made the process simple. Sales associate Chip made sure I was able to keep the temporary vehicle for a extra day when they informed me of a necessary part was coming in late. Landmark Dodge of Morrow provided far and away the BEST customer experience I have ever had buying a vehicle (and this is about my 20th vehicle purchase). The team handled everything perfectly and answered/anticipated every question. From the negotiation to the paperwork to the delivery and drive-off, exceptional service. Even the little things were all handled with perfection. The transaction was low-stress and high-quality and high-integrity (everything just as explained/expected). So on this particular day, my son decided he wanted a Dodge Challenger and to trade his Honda Insight ( as you can see from the previous post). Our salesperson was awesome , first after a very professional greeting at the door, he advised us that they were trying to get rid of all the 2023 vehicles which sounded pretty good to me and my son. The salesperson then asked about our down payment which I said $500.00 ( IKR). So we were escorted to the lot, and looked at a 2023 Gray Challenger which was nice and I think a 6-cylinder. We then lay eyes on this nice, sexy black two-door challenger( my words, not my son's. Lol). Very, very nice which was a HEMI. The difference in the price was $45.00. To bring this awesome service/experience to a close..oh yes, we drove off in a 2023 Dodge Challenger . Thanks Landmark Dodge for everything even getting us what we wanted for so little down and all the extra such as oil change etc. ❤️

I have always taken my car to landmark in morrow GA when major repairs are needed. However, I know not every situation is always a positive outcome when it comes to repairs and its prices. I know to take the good with the bad. First , shout out to my service advisor Dionte. I’ve always worked with Dionte due to his communication skills. Dionte always kept me updated on issues and its recommendations with my permission. I brought my car in due to an over heating issue where I had to get it towed to landmark. Landmark tested my car with the issues I reported. Landmark not only tested it once but three times due to my concern. I was kept in the loop with updates and what was tested. Due to their testing , I didn’t need a new part .They gave my car a loving burp on its back and BAM , car was happy and ready to drive. Many places could have lied and said they replaced parts and fixed areas that required unnecessary labor for money, but this wasn’t the case. In conclusion, I was happy with the results.

He was very informative, professional, and kept us updated throughout the entire process regarding the status of our vehicle. Great customer service definitely makes a difference. The waiting lounge could use some updating as it feels a bit old and outdated. However, like most car service lounges, complimentary coffee was available while waiting, which was appreciated. Overall, the service itself was smooth and efficient, and Scott’s communication made the visit a positive one.

Chris was great, I dropped my car off for an oil change and she called me to recommend a few “upgrades”. Initially I wasn’t sold but after I thought about it I took her suggestions. At no point was she pushy just informative. Also liked that I could see my updates online, they sent me my suggestions with pictures of what my car looked liked under the hood (filters), and I also was able to pay for the service online before I picked up. When I picked up she went over everything that was done on my vehicle and they already had my car pulled up so no long wait times. Very smooth and easy process!

Dionte Washington and Eddie Rosa are a class ACT. I visited the Svc Dept with my new Gladiator with a few unknown issues. I was assigned Dionte at first. He was patient and determined to resolve all my issues together. Once his knowledge base was depleted, he employed Eddie and together all my issues were thought through, tried and tested and I left landmark happy. This is evidence that they love their jobs, the customer and positive results. In addition, it proves they believe is studying and familiarizing themselves with the products they sale/service. Dionte followed up to make sure that all my questions were answered. He was very professional and happy to go above and beyond to seek out the answers to my questions. However the initial appointment took double the estimated time I was quoted. Not counting the time Dionte spent tracking down some answers for me afterwards, including getting a diagnostic code read after I was informed it wasn't part of the multipoint inspection that I paid for.

That they corrected something in another shop messed up as I wasn't able to totally correct my alignment there was able to guide me what I needed to do to correct my alignment all the way further going forward but they did almost get it back to factory specs which is something really big that the other shop couldn't do on their machine

You have to put a lot of trust in the people you are dealing with. The sales person, used car Manager and Finance manager all did great in getting me into the car i wanted and having it delivered 11 hours away. No problems here.
Great dealership, I bought a used car from them and most new car dealers make people buying used feel like less of a priority but not Landmark. They made me feel like I was just as important as someone buying a brand new car. If you go in ask for Shawn Lucas he was my sales rep. He made me feel right at home there.
