I don’t usually leave reviews but this time I am very happy with the service here. Was driving from Florida to California when my Service engine light turned on. Called this closest dealership and they were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Victoria, my service advisor, was wonderful and sympathetic to my situation. Instead of keeping my van for 48 hours just for diagnostics, they were able to finish everything within a day (they also stayed a bit after closing). Moreover, they also noticed and fixed an unrelated problem with my radiator so I appreciate their thoroughness. Communication was exceptional with constant updates throughout the entire process. They also offer Uber service which was really nice. Thank you again to Victoria and team!

Just purchased a new jeep grand Cherokee here. Victor was great. They honored the internet advertised price without question. Some place like to play games, but not here. Mike In financing was great and worked with us open and honestly about options. They were communicative throughout. We are from Newnan but drove to Marrow to work with them and happy we did. We will likely be back, despite having to drive past other Jeep dealerships, for our next vehicle.

Was looking all over for widebody challenger and had spoken to about 6 or 7 different dealerships but didn't get anywhere. Then I finally searched landmark dodge and Troy Stevenson reached out to me. Within one day he worked out a deal for me and the next day he had me picking up my favorite car with very low mileage and a fantastic price. If you go here I recommend you ask for Troy. Out of all vehicles I've purchased he is the best sales agent I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

Wonderful experience. Driving back back to Florida, radiator went out in Atlanta. As I'm pulling into the dealership at closing time, a technician in his personal vehicle saw it overheating at the light. He followed me to the dealership (after he left to head home) and looked at it and told me how to leave it and they would get on it in the AM. His name was Markell. Christine was my service advisor and she was great. They jumped on it and got it replaced. Much appreciated.

Landmark Dodge is a great place to hang around. They offer water, snacks and a coffee machine for customers who are waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. I had numerous tasks, which needed to be done before my warranty ran out. Landmark was able to get me scheduled, bring the truck in and perform all of the required maintenance in a mere two days. I also had a recall and several discount coupons from the dealership for work to be done. My Service Advisor’s name was Christine and she kept me informed every step of the way with daily calls. From my check-in to the check-out, I knew exactly what the status was, how much I was going to pay and when the truck would be ready. It was a seamless handoff from the technician to Chris to myself. Service could not have been easier or better.

i recently reviewed this as providing good service, butttt they claimed to fix the issue only for me to show up and pick up my vehicle and realize nothing was changed. same issue as when i brought it in. I heard the issue once i started up the vehicle and they claim they couldn't hear it. brought it back in and they say we "THINK" the issue is XYZ and it is 3k. We cant say for sure SO i pay the 3k and then what bc it could be something else. Yea sure I have 3k to throw away. Thanks again 9.4.26 I want to give credit where it is absolutely due. Michael “Mike” Newton and the service team took the time to revisit the situation, follow up with me by phone and text, and figure out where communication may have broken down. More importantly, they came out, listened to the sound with me, drove the vehicle, and actually identified what was causing the issue. That level of attention and follow-through completely changed my experience. In a time when customer service can often feel rushed and transactional, this team made me feel heard and valued. They did not just move on to the next customer — they took ownership, stayed engaged, and worked to get to the real issue. Mike and the service department truly knocked it out of the park. I want to give a shout out to Ceesay. I came in for a used truck and left with a smack brand new one. No gimmick, No Games. He was real professional and knowledgeable and instead of forcing the sale/upgrade, he let the decision be totally up to me with no pressure added. He got me in and out, no long drawn out day at the dealership. In 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2019 I have purchased new Jeeps from Donatus Ugonabo who is Landmark Dodges' best salesman. My experiences have been awesome. So much that I recommended others to purchase cars with him. The staff also worked with me to attain low monthly payments and I have been completely satisfied. i bought a used vehicle for this dealership. I am a out of state buyer so it was different then just going to the dealership and buying the car or truck. You have to put a lot of trust in the people you are dealing with. The sales person, used car Manager and Finance manager all did great in getting me into the car i wanted and having it delivered 11 hours away. No problems here.

Great dealership, I bought a used car from them and most new car dealers make people buying used feel like less of a priority but not Landmark. They made me feel like I was just as important as someone buying a brand new car. If you go in ask for Shawn Lucas he was my sales rep. He made me feel right at home there.
