I would give Landmark five stars ever since I got my Service rep Holly. She’s been great. She’s always helpful with whatever my needs are I get it taken care of. Before I had her the service was not that great. Also, the new service managers have made it wonderful there too. So over the last several years I’ve seen a great change at Landmark. I would especially like to thank Victoria for taking care of my vehicle on the 21st. She was really kind and gave me an explanation of how my car's tires and engine looked as well as the service they were giving. She is a fantastic customer service representative and is meticulous in her work. She certainly made up for the unpleasant experience I had on my previous oil change. I hope to have her every time!

After a bad experience at Rick hendrick, Landmark came through and gave me an even better deal. I think it helped that I knew exactly what I wanted already but their team did amazing. Shout out to Chris Lee, Eric and Jeremey(jay) and Yusef(might have spelled it wrong) the financial guy. Made me feel happy about trading in my old vehicle for a new one. Mannn I can not say enough about how Hollie Higby made my life so much easier with the work that had to be done on my truck. I have only had the truck for three months from a different dealer and thank god I had Hollie as my service provider. She has been through a situation like mines prior so she had all the information and steps to take to ensure no issues with the warranty. I have never had a service provider text me updates the way she did even sending pictures. If you’re reading this I highly recommend Hollie she will not disappoint! 10/10

Visited Landmark Dodge for an oil change and tire rotation and had a really good service experience overall. Scott was amazing! He was very informative, professional, and kept us updated throughout the entire process regarding the status of our vehicle. Great customer service definitely makes a difference. The waiting lounge could use some updating as it feels a bit old and outdated. However, like most car service lounges, complimentary coffee was available while waiting, which was appreciated. Overall, the service itself was smooth and efficient, and Scott’s communication made the visit a positive one.

Chris was great, I dropped my car off for an oil change and she called me to recommend a few “upgrades”. Initially I wasn’t sold but after I thought about it I took her suggestions. At no point was she pushy just informative. Also liked that I could see my updates online, they sent me my suggestions with pictures of what my car looked liked under the hood (filters), and I also was able to pay for the service online before I picked up. When I picked up she went over everything that was done on my vehicle and they already had my car pulled up so no long wait times. Very smooth and easy process!

He was real professional and knowledgeable and instead of forcing the sale/upgrade, he let the decision be totally up to me with no pressure added. He got me in and out, no long drawn out day at the dealership. Dionte followed up to make sure that all my questions were answered. He was very professional and happy to go above and beyond to seek out the answers to my questions. However the initial appointment took double the estimated time I was quoted. Not counting the time Dionte spent tracking down some answers for me afterwards, including getting a diagnostic code read after I was informed it wasn't part of the multipoint inspection that I paid for.

That they corrected something in another shop messed up as I wasn't able to totally correct my alignment there was able to guide me what I needed to do to correct my alignment all the way further going forward but they did almost get it back to factory specs which is something really big that the other shop couldn't do on their machine

I didn’t like nothing! Jared was as suppose to replace flaps on my car and didn’t. He lied and said he forgot and he didn’t because we discussed it. My car was there three times for the same issue and still wasn’t fixed. Jared is a liar and manipulator.

You have to put a lot of trust in the people you are dealing with.
