Received awesome customer service 3/5/19 from Michael Winfree during my recent purchase of a 2019 Chrysler 300. After a bad experience at Rick hendrick, Landmark came through and gave me an even better deal. I think it helped that I knew exactly what I wanted already but their team did amazing. Shout out to Chris Lee, Eric and Jeremey(jay) and Yusef(might have spelled it wrong) the financial guy. Made me feel happy about trading in my old vehicle for a new one. Holly H has been a great help in the service department and is now my preferred advisor!

Mannn I can not say enough about how Hollie Higby made my life so much easier with the work that had to be done on my truck. I have only had the truck for three months from a different dealer and thank god I had Hollie as my service provider. She has been through a situation like mines prior so she had all the information and steps to take to ensure no issues with the warranty. I have never had a service provider text me updates the way she did even sending pictures. If you’re reading this I highly recommend Hollie she will not disappoint! 10/10

Landmark Dodge Chrysler in Monrow is the best OK I drive 45 minutes just to come to this dealership and I’m only 15 minutes away from the one in my area because this dealership treat you fair. Take care of you don’t overprice you the service advisor Victoria is absolutely the best very informational and she actually cares about Her customers! Deonte is the best he is someone that’s over her and Donald the mechanic is even the best. He will come out from the back if you have concerns about what’s going on with your car and it will explain to you briefly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Landmark Dodge purchasing my 2nd truck! I drove all the way from Houston to pick up my new Ram 1500 Laramie, and it was absolutely worth the trip. The entire process was fast, smooth, and truly in-and-out with no hassle. Dalton was excellent from start to finish, and Cody couldn’t have done any better making sure everything was ready to go when I arrived. Visited Landmark Dodge for an oil change and tire rotation and had a really good service experience overall. Scott was amazing! He was very informative, professional, and kept us updated throughout the entire process regarding the status of our vehicle. Great customer service definitely makes a difference. The waiting lounge could use some updating as it feels a bit old and outdated. However, like most car service lounges, complimentary coffee was available while waiting, which was appreciated. Overall, the service itself was smooth and efficient, and Scott’s communication made the visit a positive one.

Chris was great, I dropped my car off for an oil change and she called me to recommend a few “upgrades”. Initially I wasn’t sold but after I thought about it I took her suggestions. At no point was she pushy just informative. Also liked that I could see my updates online, they sent me my suggestions with pictures of what my car looked liked under the hood (filters), and I also was able to pay for the service online before I picked up. When I picked up she went over everything that was done on my vehicle and they already had my car pulled up so no long wait times. Very smooth and easy process!

Dionte Washington and Eddie Rosa are a class ACT. I visited the Svc Dept with my new Gladiator with a few unknown issues. I was assigned Dionte at first. He was patient and determined to resolve all my issues together. Once his knowledge base was depleted, he employed Eddie and together all my issues were thought through, tried and tested and I left landmark happy. This is evidence that they love their jobs, the customer and positive results. In addition, it proves they believe is studying and familiarizing themselves with the products they sale/service. These are the types of characteristics every employee should embrace. Knowledge really is power.

He was real professional and knowledgeable and instead of forcing the sale/upgrade, he let the decision be totally up to me with no pressure added. He got me in and out, no long drawn out day at the dealership. I had plenty of time and sunshine to enjoy my new truck this makes my 3rd vehicle from this location and all of them were phenomenal vehicles. Definitely my go to. Proud owner of a 2024 Ram 1500. Dionte followed up to make sure that all my questions were answered. He was very professional and happy to go above and beyond to seek out the answers to my questions. However the initial appointment took double the estimated time I was quoted. Not counting the time Dionte spent tracking down some answers for me afterwards, including getting a diagnostic code read after I was informed it wasn't part of the multipoint inspection that I paid for.

That they corrected something in another shop messed up as I wasn't able to totally correct my alignment there was able to guide me what I needed to do to correct my alignment all the way further going forward but they did almost get it back to factory specs which is something really big that the other shop couldn't do on their machine

I didn’t like nothing! Jared was as suppose to replace flaps on my car and didn’t. He lied and said he forgot and he didn’t because we discussed it. My car was there three times for the same issue and still wasn’t fixed. Jared is a liar and manipulator.

You have to put a lot of trust in the people you are dealing with. The sales person, used car Manager and Finance manager all did great in getting me into the car i wanted and having it delivered 11 hours away. No problems here.
