Was looking all over for widebody challenger and had spoken to about 6 or 7 different dealerships but didn't get anywhere. Then I finally searched landmark dodge and Troy Stevenson reached out to me. Within one day he worked out a deal for me and the next day he had me picking up my favorite car with very low mileage and a fantastic price. If you go here I recommend you ask for Troy. Out of all vehicles I've purchased he is the best sales agent I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

I had such an amazing experience getting my oil changed, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the service I received. From the moment I arrived, Holly went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress free. Not only was she incredibly kind and welcoming, but she was also extremely attentive and proactive. Since the service was going to take a while, she even arranged an Uber for us so we could go grab food instead of just waiting around. That alone shows how much she genuinely cares about customers and their time. Throughout the entire process, she made sure every detail was handled. She checked in, answered all our questions, and made us feel completely taken care of. It wasn’t just good customer service, it felt like she truly went out of her way to make the experience as convenient and comfortable as possible. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only efficient and professional, but also so genuinely sweet and thoughtful. She turned what is usually a routine, boring errand into a really positive experience. I would absolutely come back again because of her. If you’re looking for a place that truly values its customers, this is it.

Had the most surreal memorable experience buying my dream vehicle being a Jeep Rubicon!! I told my salesperson Dalton if I were to spend a pretty penny on a new vehicle it had to be everything and exactly what I wanted. Through all my tedious and specific questions he took measurements, compared trims and features with what Landmark had on the lot, and then got a game plan to custom order one! Being I wanted a fun color (either yellow or orange) it would have been best to order. Ken went out of his way to see if we could find one without ordering. Dalton is always very thorough, personable, and will make sure you’re getting exactly what you want. As I (unsuccessfully ) tried to patiently wait for the Jeep to arrive to the dealer he kept me informed of the status each day until it rolled in on the truck! Ordering the Jeep was well worth the wait. Cody finalized the deal, and worked all the final details out! I never thought I would be driving a custom home, and am overwhelmingly happy with the purchase! Looking for something specific, or not sure what you want Dalton and Cody can set you up, or build a custom!! Very thankful for their eagerness, and taking this as serious as me!

Dionte followed up to make sure that all my questions were answered. He was very professional and happy to go above and beyond to seek out the answers to my questions. However the initial appointment took double the estimated time I was quoted. Not counting the time Dionte spent tracking down some answers for me afterwards, including getting a diagnostic code read after I was informed it wasn't part of the multipoint inspection that I paid for.

That they corrected something in another shop messed up as I wasn't able to totally correct my alignment there was able to guide me what I needed to do to correct my alignment all the way further going forward but they did almost get it back to factory specs which is something really big that the other shop couldn't do on their machine

I didn’t like nothing! Jared was as suppose to replace flaps on my car and didn’t. He lied and said he forgot and he didn’t because we discussed it. My car was there three times for the same issue and still wasn’t fixed. Jared is a liar and manipulator.
