Okay, my review for landmark.I had put a bad review at one point because I was dealing with the service manager which is no longer there. So after doing research and several people and I finally got in touch with the fix operation manager mister Jon Oglesby and Mr. Ken Steward which they was a straight shooter up front?And he helped me with my problem with no, if ands or but he didn't even give me the runaround. He asks me several questions about the issue. I was having with landmark in the service department. Because I had put a review up which my vehicle was sitting up for almost a year. Ken Steward went in there, checked the system. Call me 2 days later and guarantee payment to get my vehicle repaired. If you have any problems with your vehicle and with the service department, I advise you to get in contact with him. He's gonna get you, right? I appreciate them thank you.

I would give Landmark five stars ever since I got my Service rep Holly. She’s been great. She’s always helpful with whatever my needs are I get it taken care of. Before I had her the service was not that great. Also, the new service managers have made it wonderful there too. So over the last several years I’ve seen a great change at Landmark. Thank you Chris for everything you do.

Had the most surreal memorable experience buying my dream vehicle being a Jeep Rubicon!! I told my salesperson Dalton if I were to spend a pretty penny on a new vehicle it had to be everything and exactly what I wanted. Through all my tedious and specific questions he took measurements, compared trims and features with what Landmark had on the lot, and then got a game plan to custom order one! Being I wanted a fun color (either yellow or orange) it would have been best to order. Ken went out of his way to see if we could find one without ordering. Dalton is always very thorough, personable, and will make sure you’re getting exactly what you want. As I (unsuccessfully 😂) tried to patiently wait for the Jeep to arrive to the dealer he kept me informed of the status each day until it rolled in on the truck! Ordering the Jeep was well worth the wait. Cody finalized the deal, and worked all the final details out! I never thought I would be driving a custom home, and am overwhelmingly happy with the purchase! Looking for something specific, or not sure what you want Dalton and Cody can set you up, or build a custom!! Very thankful for their eagerness, and taking this as serious as me!

Wonderful experience. Driving back back to Florida, radiator went out in Atlanta. As I'm pulling into the dealership at closing time, a technician in his personal vehicle saw it overheating at the light. He followed me to the dealership (after he left to head home) and looked at it and told me how to leave it and they would get on it in the AM. His name was Markell. Christine was my service advisor and she was great. They jumped on it and got it replaced. Much appreciated.

Landmark Dodge is a great place to hang around. They offer water, snacks and a coffee machine for customers who are waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. I had numerous tasks, which needed to be done before my warranty ran out. Landmark was able to get me scheduled, bring the truck in and perform all of the required maintenance in a mere two days. I also had a recall and several discount coupons from the dealership for work to be done. My Service Advisor’s name was Christine and she kept me informed every step of the way with daily calls. From my check-in to the check-out, I knew exactly what the status was, how much I was going to pay and when the truck would be ready. It was a seamless handoff from the technician to Chris to myself. Service could not have been easier or better.

i recently reviewed this as providing good service, butttt they claimed to fix the issue only for me to show up and pick up my vehicle and realize nothing was changed. same issue as when i brought it in. I heard the issue once i started up the vehicle and they claim they couldn't hear it. brought it back in and they say we "THINK" the issue is XYZ and it is 3k. We cant say for sure SO i pay the 3k and then what bc it could be something else. Yea sure I have 3k to throw away. Thanks again 9.4.26 I want to give credit where it is absolutely due. Michael “Mike” Newton and the service team took the time to revisit the situation, follow up with me by phone and text, and figure out where communication may have broken down. More importantly, they came out, listened to the sound with me, drove the vehicle, and actually identified what was causing the issue. That level of attention and follow-through completely changed my experience. In a time when customer service can often feel rushed and transactional, this team made me feel heard and valued. They did not just move on to the next customer — they took ownership, stayed engaged, and worked to get to the real issue. Mike and the service department truly knocked it out of the park. Having someone genuinely listen to your concerns and make you feel like your business matters means a lot, and I really appreciate the way they handled everything from that point forward. - You have me as a customer going forward -

I want to give a shout out to Ceesay. I came in for a used truck and left with a smack brand new one. No gimmick, No Games. He was real professional and knowledgeable and instead of forcing the sale/upgrade, he let the decision be totally up to me with no pressure added. He got me in and out, no long drawn out day at the dealership. I had plenty of time and sunshine to enjoy my new truck this makes my 3rd vehicle from this location and all of them were phenomenal vehicles. Definitely my go to. Proud owner of a 2024 Ram 1500. In 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2019 I have purchased new Jeeps from Donatus Ugonabo who is Landmark Dodges' best salesman. My experiences have been awesome. So much that I recommended others to purchase cars with him. The staff also worked with me to attain low monthly payments and I have been completely satisfied. i bought a used vehicle for this dealership. I am a out of state buyer so it was different then just going to the dealership and buying the car or truck. You have to put a lot of trust in the people you are dealing with. The sales person, used car Manager and Finance manager all did great in getting me into the car i wanted and having it delivered 11 hours away. No problems here.

Great dealership, I bought a used car from them and most new car dealers make people buying used feel like less of a priority but not Landmark. They made me feel like I was just as important as someone buying a brand new car. If you go in ask for Shawn Lucas he was my sales rep. He made me feel right at home there.
