I had such an amazing experience getting my oil changed, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the service I received. From the moment I arrived, Holly went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress free. Not only was she incredibly kind and welcoming, but she was also extremely attentive and proactive. Since the service was going to take a while, she even arranged an Uber for us so we could go grab food instead of just waiting around. That alone shows how much she genuinely cares about customers and their time. Throughout the entire process, she made sure every detail was handled. She checked in, answered all our questions, and made us feel completely taken care of. It wasn’t just good customer service, it felt like she truly went out of her way to make the experience as convenient and comfortable as possible. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only efficient and professional, but also so genuinely sweet and thoughtful. She turned what is usually a routine, boring errand into a really positive experience. I would absolutely come back again because of her. If you’re looking for a place that truly values its customers, this is it.

The husband and I visited the dealership to purchase a 2026 jeep Willy, and having gone through the car-buying process multiple times in different states, I can safely say this was the most friendly, no pressure/no sales tactic dealership I’ve been to! The whole process for getting approved took less than 15 minutes, and Matt, our salesman, was a gem! Shout out to the gentleman who did the paperwork for the loan and my apologies for not catching his name, but not only was he efficient at his job, he also broke down options in a clear concise manner and made sure things worked for us! I’ll be coming back to trade in my Grand Cherokee at some point in time :) Business earned is business kept and you’ve earned ours! Thanks a million!

Dionte Washington and Eddie Rosa are a class ACT. I visited the Svc Dept with my new Gladiator with a few unknown issues. I was assigned Dionte at first. He was patient and determined to resolve all my issues together. Once his knowledge base was depleted, he employed Eddie and together all my issues were thought through, tried and tested and I left landmark happy. This is evidence that they love their jobs, the customer and positive results. In addition, it proves they believe is studying and familiarizing themselves with the products they sale/service. These are the types of characteristics every employee should embrace. Knowledge really is power.

However the initial appointment took double the estimated time I was quoted. Not counting the time Dionte spent tracking down some answers for me afterwards, including getting a diagnostic code read after I was informed it wasn't part of the multipoint inspection that I paid for.
SeKelia’s customer service was the best. She returned all of my calls and she was the best. She kept me informed and updated on what was going on. She stated on the techs so I could get my car back on a timely manner to get back home.

The workers have Great customer Service And communication about when my car would be ready. The mechanics fix the issue and followed up.
That they corrected something in another shop messed up as I wasn't able to totally correct my alignment there was able to guide me what I needed to do to correct my alignment all the way further going forward but they did almost get it back to factory specs which is something really big that the other shop couldn't do on their machine

I didn’t like nothing! Jared was as suppose to replace flaps on my car and didn’t. He lied and said he forgot and he didn’t because we discussed it. My car was there three times for the same issue and still wasn’t fixed. Jared is a liar and manipulator.
