This review of for services and specifically one advisor: Daryll. It’s a Jeep when your Wrangler has something going wrong. When it’s really wrong, you need an advisor that actually knows the difference between a Jeep quirks and a real problem. Every time I go for service, we talk about what matters and what doesn’t. The last one required a full hybrid system replacement. Daryll diagnosed it immediately, confirmed the diagnostic and ordered the replacement in hours. The day of pickup he stayed over on a Friday before the long weekend to make sure everything was in order. It’s been a month with no issues and I couldn’t be happier. Time to go back wheeling!

Wonderful experience. Driving back back to Florida, radiator went out in Atlanta. As I'm pulling into the dealership at closing time, a technician in his personal vehicle saw it overheating at the light. He followed me to the dealership (after he left to head home) and looked at it and told me how to leave it and they would get on it in the AM. His name was Markell. Christine was my service advisor and she was great. They jumped on it and got it replaced. Much appreciated.

Landmark Dodge is a great place to hang around. They offer water, snacks and a coffee machine for customers who are waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. I had numerous tasks, which needed to be done before my warranty ran out. Landmark was able to get me scheduled, bring the truck in and perform all of the required maintenance in a mere two days. I also had a recall and several discount coupons from the dealership for work to be done. My Service Advisor’s name was Christine and she kept me informed every step of the way with daily calls. From my check-in to the check-out, I knew exactly what the status was, how much I was going to pay and when the truck would be ready. It was a seamless handoff from the technician to Chris to myself. Service could not have been easier or better.

i recently reviewed this as providing good service, butttt they claimed to fix the issue only for me to show up and pick up my vehicle and realize nothing was changed. same issue as when i brought it in. I heard the issue once i started up the vehicle and they claim they couldn't hear it. brought it back in and they say we "THINK" the issue is XYZ and it is 3k. I want to give a shout out to Ceesay. I came in for a used truck and left with a smack brand new one. No gimmick, No Games. He was real professional and knowledgeable and instead of forcing the sale/upgrade, he let the decision be totally up to me with no pressure added. He got me in and out, no long drawn out day at the dealership. i bought a used vehicle for this dealership. I am a out of state buyer so it was different then just going to the dealership and buying the car or truck. You have to put a lot of trust in the people you are dealing with. The sales person, used car Manager and Finance manager all did great in getting me into the car i wanted and having it delivered 11 hours away. No problems here.

Great dealership, I bought a used car from them and most new car dealers make people buying used feel like less of a priority but not Landmark. They made me feel like I was just as important as someone buying a brand new car. If you go in ask for Shawn Lucas he was my sales rep. He made me feel right at home there.
