New manager Tony and recently hired employee Mercedes at the Service center provided excellent, quality, and timely service for our recalled 2020 Ram. Service was greatly improved from our last visit. Even the the appointment was scheduled in a timely manner unlike before, where we had to wait weeks or months. Dionte followed up to make sure that all my questions were answered. He was very professional and happy to go above and beyond to seek out the answers to my questions. However the initial appointment took double the estimated time I was quoted. Not counting the time Dionte spent tracking down some answers for me afterwards, including getting a diagnostic code read after I was informed it wasn't part of the multipoint inspection that I paid for.

That they corrected something in another shop messed up as I wasn't able to totally correct my alignment there was able to guide me what I needed to do to correct my alignment all the way further going forward but they did almost get it back to factory specs which is something really big that the other shop couldn't do on their machine

I didn’t like nothing! Jared was as suppose to replace flaps on my car and didn’t. He lied and said he forgot and he didn’t because we discussed it. My car was there three times for the same issue and still wasn’t fixed. Jared is a liar and manipulator.

This review of for services and specifically one advisor: Daryll. It’s a Jeep when your Wrangler has something going wrong. When it’s really wrong, you need an advisor that actually knows the difference between a Jeep quirks and a real problem.
Every time I go for service, we talk about what matters and what doesn’t. The last one required a full hybrid system replacement. Daryll diagnosed it immediately, confirmed the diagnostic and ordered the replacement in hours. The day of pickup he stayed over on a Friday before the long weekend to make sure everything was in order.
It’s been a month with no issues and I couldn’t be happier. Time to go back wheeling!

Dionte followed up to make sure that all my questions were answered. He was very professional and happy to go above and beyond to seek out the answers to my questions. However the initial appointment took double the estimated time I was quoted. Not counting the time Dionte spent tracking down some answers for me afterwards, including getting a diagnostic code read after I was informed it wasn't part of the multipoint inspection that I paid for.

I recently purchased a new 2500 Ram from Landmark in Morrow, and I will say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I had a number I absolutely needed to be at, and Lee and Cody made that happen. The process was seamless and quick. Lee was very informative about the vehicle and made everything smooth. Will be back for my next one.

I want to give a shout out to Ceesay. I came in for a used truck and left with a smack brand new one. No gimmick, No Games. He was real professional and knowledgeable and instead of forcing the sale/upgrade, he let the decision be totally up to me with no pressure added. He got me in and out, no long drawn out day at the dealership. I had plenty of time and sunshine to enjoy my new truck this makes my 3rd vehicle from this location and all of them were phenomenal vehicles. Definitely my go to. Proud owner of a 2024 Ram 1500. In 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2019 I have purchased new Jeeps from Donatus Ugonabo who is Landmark Dodges' best salesman. My experiences have been awesome. So much that I recommended others to purchase cars with him. The staff also worked with me to attain low monthly payments and I have been completely satisfied. I will be making a new purchase within a year and it will be with Don Ugonabo @ Landmark Dodge in Morrow, Ga.

We have experienced outstanding service from Jason, the guys in service and also the wonderful ladies in the call center. My family member is unable to leave his home if his van with the lift isn’t working. The folks at Landmark Dodge in Morrow went beyond excellence in repairing our van quickly.

i bought a used vehicle for this dealership. I am a out of state buyer so it was different then just going to the dealership and buying the car or truck. You have to put a lot of trust in the people you are dealing with. The sales person, used car Manager and Finance manager all did great in getting me into the car i wanted and having it delivered 11 hours away. No problems here.

Great dealership, I bought a used car from them and most new car dealers make people buying used feel like less of a priority but not Landmark. They made me feel like I was just as important as someone buying a brand new car. If you go in ask for Shawn Lucas he was my sales rep. He made me feel right at home there.
