Scott Derickson provided exceptional service! He listened carefully to my description of my car’s malfunction and offered an expert discussion of what could be wrong and how long it might take to troubleshoot it. Under his supervision, the specialist went the extra mile to track down the source of the problem, even after the problem initially seemed to go away. It is rare to find a service advisor with such customer focus and expertise combined. Great work. I’ll be back!

Landmark has been really good to me, can’t speak too much on the sales department because I only had minimal interaction with them and it was pleasant no complaints, but the service department, surprisingly 10/10. We all know there is a stigma with service departments but landmark Morrow has really gone above and beyond to accommodate me with my service needs. Big shoutout to Joshua in the service department along with all the other staff members for making my experience great.

I do realize there are many negative comments for Landmark Jeep in Morrow GA. I.myself have written one before. At the service department a surprising shift took place. New manager Eddie, very personable, not hiding in an office, I observed him talking to customers several times. Eddie is doing a fantastic job managing the service department, no problem is too big for him. But, the best kept secret is Sarah. Sarah helped me checking my car in, first a was assertive towards her because of the bad experiences I had there before. She kept her cool, told me she will make sure all my issues are taken care of. She even advised me that I would need a 30 000 mile service, and the cost would be $499.00. I was taken aback as I was under the impression all services was included in my maintenance package that I purchased with the car. Turned out I only got oil change and tire rotation. My car has been serviced by them several times and at no point was I told that I need more than an oil change. I am so grateful for Sarah pointing it out. Great job girl and keep that smile going. Outstanding services!

My experience this week was beyond amazing. My car sales man was Mr. Andre Tyler I informed him what I want in a new vehicle and my budget. He was extremely attentive and ensured that I did not exceed my car payment. I would highly recommend Mr. Andre Tyler he was professional, polite and friendly. Also, he had to come in on his day off as well to assist me with something. Def ask for Mr. Tyler I went to the dealership alone and he did not take advantage of me. I love my new car. Thanks!!! I went to get an oil change and tire rotation. I had the best service ever thanks to Mercedes. She was eager and very understanding of the questions that I asked. New manager Tony and recently hired employee Mercedes at the Service center provided excellent, quality, and timely service for our recalled 2020 Ram. Service was greatly improved from our last visit. Even the the appointment was scheduled in a timely manner unlike before, where we had to wait weeks or months. Dionte followed up to make sure that all my questions were answered. He was very professional and happy to go above and beyond to seek out the answers to my questions. However the initial appointment took double the estimated time I was quoted. Not counting the time Dionte spent tracking down some answers for me afterwards, including getting a diagnostic code read after I was informed it wasn't part of the multipoint inspection that I paid for.

That they corrected something in another shop messed up as I wasn't able to totally correct my alignment there was able to guide me what I needed to do to correct my alignment all the way further going forward but they did almost get it back to factory specs which is something really big that the other shop couldn't do on their machine
