I went to 3 different dealerships and they couldn’t help to get me out of a loan because I was upside down. We went to Landmark and spoke with Victor and he told me, he can make the deal happen. Victor helped me to get my daughter her 1st car and took me out of a bad contract on the other vehicle. In addition, the tag was being held up in the tag office in Miami, Fl. Victor on a personal trip to Miami stopped in at the tag office, waited over an hour and helped me to get the tag worked out. I believe that is service without boundaries. Thank you tremendously Victor and you will always be ‘our person in the car ownership business.’ Your are a wonderful person indeed!

Scott is the only service advisor I come to at this Dodge dealership. He always takes great care of me and makes sure I understand what’s going on with my vehicle. As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating dealing with car repairs and maintenance, but Scott is always honest, respectful, and patient when explaining things. As a veteran, I also appreciate the level of professionalism and customer service he provides. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Landmark Dodge purchasing my 2nd truck! I drove all the way from Houston to pick up my new Ram 1500 Laramie, and it was absolutely worth the trip. The entire process was fast, smooth, and truly in-and-out with no hassle. Dalton was excellent from start to finish, and Cody couldn’t have done any better making sure everything was ready to go when I arrived. Visited Landmark Dodge for an oil change and tire rotation and had a really good service experience overall. Scott was amazing! He was very informative, professional, and kept us updated throughout the entire process regarding the status of our vehicle. Great customer service definitely makes a difference. The waiting lounge could use some updating as it feels a bit old and outdated. However, like most car service lounges, complimentary coffee was available while waiting, which was appreciated. Overall, the service itself was smooth and efficient, and Scott’s communication made the visit a positive one.

Chris was great, I dropped my car off for an oil change and she called me to recommend a few “upgrades”. Initially I wasn’t sold but after I thought about it I took her suggestions. At no point was she pushy just informative. Also liked that I could see my updates online, they sent me my suggestions with pictures of what my car looked liked under the hood (filters), and I also was able to pay for the service online before I picked up. When I picked up she went over everything that was done on my vehicle and they already had my car pulled up so no long wait times. Very smooth and easy process!

Dionte followed up to make sure that all my questions were answered. He was very professional and happy to go above and beyond to seek out the answers to my questions. However the initial appointment took double the estimated time I was quoted. Not counting the time Dionte spent tracking down some answers for me afterwards, including getting a diagnostic code read after I was informed it wasn't part of the multipoint inspection that I paid for.

That they corrected something in another shop messed up as I wasn't able to totally correct my alignment there was able to guide me what I needed to do to correct my alignment all the way further going forward but they did almost get it back to factory specs which is something really big that the other shop couldn't do on their machine

I didn’t like nothing! Jared was as suppose to replace flaps on my car and didn’t. He lied and said he forgot and he didn’t because we discussed it. My car was there three times for the same issue and still wasn’t fixed. Jared is a liar and manipulator.

i bought a used vehicle for this dealership. I am a out of state buyer so it was different then just going to the dealership and buying the car or truck. You have to put a lot of trust in the people you are dealing with. I recently purchased a new 2500 Ram from Landmark in Morrow, and I will say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I had a number I absolutely needed to be at, and Lee and Cody made that happen. The process was seamless and quick. Lee was very informative about the vehicle and made everything smooth. I want to give a shout out to Ceesay. I came in for a used truck and left with a smack brand new one. No gimmick, No Games. He was real professional and knowledgeable and instead of forcing the sale/upgrade, he let the decision be totally up to me with no pressure added. He got me in and out, no long drawn out day at the dealership. I had plenty of time and sunshine to enjoy my new truck this makes my 3rd vehicle from this location and all of them were phenomenal vehicles. Definitely my go to. Proud owner of a 2024 Ram 1500. In 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2019 I have purchased new Jeeps from Donatus Ugonabo who is Landmark Dodges' best salesman. My experiences have been awesome. So much that I recommended others to purchase cars with him. The staff also worked with me to attain low monthly payments and I have been completely satisfied. We have experienced outstanding service from Jason, the guys in service and also the wonderful ladies in the call center. My family member is unable to leave his home if his van with the lift isn’t working. The folks at Landmark Dodge in Morrow went beyond excellence in repairing our van quickly.

i bought a used vehicle for this dealership. I am a out of state buyer so it was different then just going to the dealership and buying the car or truck. You have to put a lot of trust in the people you are dealing with. The sales person, used car Manager and Finance manager all did great in getting me into the car i wanted and having it delivered 11 hours away. No problems here.

Great dealership, I bought a used car from them and most new car dealers make people buying used feel like less of a priority but not Landmark. They made me feel like I was just as important as someone buying a brand new car. If you go in ask for Shawn Lucas he was my sales rep. He made me feel right at home there.
