I brought my 2022 Grand Cherokee in to service due to an issue with the vehicle turning itself off. The vehicle was giving a code that the transmission control module had a problem. Victoria and Eddie were very helpful. They checked the vehicle and were able to determine that it was only a battery. This saved me a TON of money over what I was previously told the problem was!

I couldn’t hold back from sharing my incredible experience at Landmark in Morrow, GA. I’ll always be a loyal customer! My journey with Landmark began about two years ago with a service manager named Eddie Rosa. While traveling to San Antonio, TX, my radiator was damaged by debris on the road due to construction. I took my vehicle to a Jeep dealership in Texas for repairs. Although my Mopar extended warranty covered a full replacement, the dealer only patched the radiator and failed to replace the required amount of freon. When I returned to Georgia, I visited Landmark of Morrow and explained the situation to Mr. Rosa. He immediately arranged a manager-to-manager meeting with the service department in Texas. Thanks to his persistence and professionalism, the dealer accepted responsibility and covered the cost of replacing my radiator under warranty. Fast forward to today—my most memorable experience yet was with Mr. Dionte. I was having trouble with my vehicle’s battery, and after I explained the issue, he went above and beyond to resolve it. I was genuinely surprised when he told me there would be no charge for his help. He also mentioned that he had recently been promoted to a managerial position—and I can absolutely see why. I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown by both Mr. Rosa and Mr. Dionte. Landmark is lucky to have them, and I hope Mr. Dionte continues to rise—managers like him make all the difference.

I have been taking my jeep to Landmark Dodge for 3 years now. I am not disappointed. Eddie Rosa and his team have really come through for me. I definitely recommend taking your vehicle there.

I recently had to being my jeep in for unexpected repairs and the landmark team made everything simple. The manager Eddie Rosa went out of his way to make sure I was able to get a temporary vehicle and made the process simple. Sales associate Chip made sure I was able to keep the temporary vehicle for a extra day when they informed me of a necessary part was coming in late. Overall the service was great and I appreciated their efforts.

Tiffany is a great employee she is very helpful and Eddie and Jada and Felecia help me when I was charged for a free oil change .. They was very patient with me and I was rushing

OMG! I NEED TO SHOUT OUT 2 wonderful workers at landmark Dodge in Morrow. I have been given the runaround for two months. No one could find the problem. I was at the last of given up with Dodge when I schedule an oil change appointment, and prayed on the way there that I can speak with someone that will understand me. My first greet was SARA I asked her to listen and hear me out. She listened and got her manager Eddie they both heard my frustration as I had just left chemotherapy and not only fixed the problem but went over and beyond to get it fixed in 24 hours. Customer service is very important and they exceeded with great service and empathy! For that I will forever return! I’m in tears typing this but it’s happy tears. Thank you to Eddie and Sara again.

I do realize there are many negative comments for Landmark Jeep in Morrow GA. I.myself have written one before. At the service department a surprising shift took place. New manager Eddie, very personable, not hiding in an office, I observed him talking to customers several times. Eddie is doing a fantastic job managing the service department, no problem is too big for him. But, the best kept secret is Sarah. Sarah helped me checking my car in, first a was assertive towards her because of the bad experiences I had there before. She kept her cool, told me she will make sure all my issues are taken care of. She even advised me that I would need a 30 000 mile service, and the cost would be $499.00. I was taken aback as I was under the impression all services was included in my maintenance package that I purchased with the car. Turned out I only got oil change and tire rotation. My car has been serviced by them several times and at no point was I told that I need more than an oil change. I am so grateful for Sarah pointing it out. Great job girl and keep that smile going. Outstanding services!
