I had the delightful experience of being assisted by Mr. Chris Hernandez. I found Mr. Hernandez to be very professional. Very thorough in explaining to me What was going on in regards to my car. I was under the impression that I was going to have to rent a car and and come back, etc. None of that was the case. He explained that it is It’s going to be taken care of today. I prefer when something goes “wrong” to be able to see how management would actually treat you. Had a minor hiccup in the sales process and Chris made sure that he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. 5 stars and when I get my survey I’ll be happy to say how happy I am again!
