Mud, Metal, and Badges: Jeep Expands Its Badge of Honor Roster for 2025
Just in time for International Off-Road Day, celebrated every first Saturday in October, Jeep rolls out a major upgrade to its Badge of Honor program. The expansion brings fresh trails, digital challenges, and app enhancements intended to keep Jeep owners engaged and exploring here at Landmark Dodge of Morrow.
For those unfamiliar, the Badge of Honor program gamifies trail driving. Drivers complete designated off-road routes, log their runs in the app, and earn digital achievements. In many cases, completing certain trails earns a physical "hard badge" mailed to the Jeep.
2025 Expansion: Bigger, Bolder, and More Widespread
2025 marks the most ambitious update yet. Six new challenge-style badges have been introduced, ranging from "Month Streaker" (complete a trail at least once per month for six months) to "Moab Marvel" (finish all Badge of Honor trails in Moab).
In addition, Jeep launched Digital Trails: routes across the country that let owners earn in-app badges without necessarily completing an official "Core Trail." Examples include Steel Pass in Death Valley and Fruity Pebbles in South Dakota.
To reward real-world trail performance, Jeep also designated new Core Trails in states such as Oklahoma, New Mexico, Idaho, South Dakota, Alabama, and Maryland. Completing these earns you a physical badge in the mail.
One notable addition is Trail #2103 at Wolf Den Run State Park, Maryland, the first Badge of Honor route in that state. This shows how Jeep is filling geographical gaps in its program.
Smarter Navigation with Uconnect 5 & Adventure Guides
Jeep also added a big tech upgrade: Adventure Guides can now be downloaded directly to the Uconnect 5 navigation system, giving those with compatible models turn-by-turn off-road directions. That makes it easier for drivers to follow Core Trails, especially in remote terrain.
The app itself received a refresh: new interactive maps, better community features, and more digital route options help track progress and share achievements with other off-roaders.
Why This Matters for Georgia Jeep Owners
Here in Georgia, Badge of Honor now offers more nearby opportunities. Trails like Beasley Knob OHV in the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest already feature in the Jeep off-road ecosystem.
A richer network of Digital and Core Trails means more chances for weekend adventures without going too far. Drivers can build skills, earn recognition, and truly own the off-road lifestyle right at home.
When a Jeep owner in Peachtree City, Athens, or the surrounding region completes a local Core Trail or logs a Digital Trail, that route counts toward a national profile. That's the kind of recognition off-road fans appreciate.

The Driver Appeal: Reward Meets Adventure
Badge of Honor isn't just about collecting badges; it's about inspiring Jeep drivers to explore new terrain. Every trail completes more than a checklist; it builds confidence, skill, and belonging in a community of passionate off-roaders.
The blend of digital rewards and physical badges gives fans something to strive for, log trails in the app for quick recognition, or take the effort to complete Core Trails for something you can proudly mount on your vehicle.
Jeep's expansion also reflects owner feedback. Many new Core Trails and Digital routes were added in response to community requests and regional needs, showing Jeep's commitment to forging that connection between drivers and terrain.
