The Jeep® Gladiator has once again proven it’s a standout in its class, earning the top spot in the Midsize Pickup category in the 2025 J.D. Power U.S. Initial Quality Study*. It scored above the segment average in seven of ten key areas—including driving experience, infotainment, and interior quality. The Jeep® lineup overall saw strong results. The Wrangler finished second in the Compact SUV segment, while the brand as a whole improved significantly, rising 13 points thanks to continued improvements that reflect real-world feedback from drivers.

Dodge also made impressive strides in this year’s study, making one of the largest jumps of any brand by climbing 24 spots to rank seventh overall. Meanwhile, the Chrysler Pacifica continues to win over families, finishing second in the Minivan segment. Chrysler also reduced reported issues per 100 vehicles, signaling the brand’s consistent focus on quality and driver satisfaction.

These gains reflect a commitment to listening to customers and improving the ownership experience. The Initial Quality Study measures feedback from new-vehicle owners in the first 90 days, identifying areas where manufacturers are meeting or exceeding expectations.
