I am giving 10's, 10 a's cross the board! And one is overdue for Vernon Terry (Service Director) - He deserves 100 stars! I met Vernon last year at the Landmark Atlanta location. I stopped coming to the Morrow location because of the HORRIBLE service I would receive. Unfortunately, I had a problem at the Atlanta location and Vernon was on it, he apologized and took ownership of situation that the service advisor & mechanic so blatantly mishandled. Vernon noticed that I would drive out of my the way to come the Atlanta/Chamblee location and told him the problems I had at the Morrow branch. He told me that he will be working at the Morrow location from now on and to give that location another chance. Moving forward to 3/6/2026 - I did and I was greatly pleased! Vernon had me to work with Michael Newton and I see why, he was very thorough, excellent customer service. Vernon even followed up me at the Michael's desk to make sure I was satisfied. I must say I was quite surprised with the turn around at the Morrow location and I couldn't have been more pleased. It is so good to see how the service has changed.
