I had such an amazing experience getting my oil changed, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the service I received. From the moment I arrived, Holly went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress free. Not only was she incredibly kind and welcoming, but she was also extremely attentive and proactive. Since the service was going to take a while, she even arranged an Uber for us so we could go grab food instead of just waiting around. That alone shows how much she genuinely cares about customers and their time. Throughout the entire process, she made sure every detail was handled. She checked in, answered all our questions, and made us feel completely taken care of. It wasn’t just good customer service, it felt like she truly went out of her way to make the experience as convenient and comfortable as possible. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only efficient and professional, but also so genuinely sweet and thoughtful. She turned what is usually a routine, boring errand into a really positive experience. I would absolutely come back again because of her. If you’re looking for a place that truly values its customers, this is it.

The husband and I visited the dealership to purchase a 2026 jeep Willy, and having gone through the car-buying process multiple times in different states, I can safely say this was the most friendly, no pressure/no sales tactic dealership I’ve been to! The whole process for getting approved took less than 15 minutes, and Matt, our salesman, was a gem! Shout out to the gentleman who did the paperwork for the loan and my apologies for not catching his name, but not only was he efficient at his job, he also broke down options in a clear concise manner and made sure things worked for us! I’ll be coming back to trade in my Grand Cherokee at some point in time :) Business earned is business kept and you’ve earned ours! Thanks a million!

I went to 3 different dealerships and they couldn’t help to get me out of a loan because I was upside down. We went to Landmark and spoke with Victor and he told me, he can make the deal happen. Victor helped me to get my daughter her 1st car and took me out of a bad contract on the other vehicle. In addition, the tag was being held up in the tag office in Miami, Fl. Victor on a personal trip to Miami stopped in at the tag office, waited over an hour and helped me to get the tag worked out. I believe that is service without boundaries. Thank you tremendously Victor and you will always be ‘our person in the car ownership business.’ Your are a wonderful person indeed!

I do realize there are many negative comments for Landmark Jeep in Morrow GA. I.myself have written one before. At the service department a surprising shift took place. New manager Eddie, very personable, not hiding in an office, I observed him talking to customers several times. Eddie is doing a fantastic job managing the service department, no problem is too big for him. But, the best kept secret is Sarah. Sarah helped me checking my car in, first a was assertive towards her because of the bad experiences I had there before. She kept her cool, told me she will make sure all my issues are taken care of. She even advised me that I would need a 30 000 mile service, and the cost would be $499.00. I was taken aback as I was under the impression all services was included in my maintenance package that I purchased with the car. Turned out I only got oil change and tire rotation. My car has been serviced by them several times and at no point was I told that I need more than an oil change. I am so grateful for Sarah pointing it out. Great job girl and keep that smile going. Outstanding services!

My experience this week was beyond amazing. My car sales man was Mr. Andre Tyler I informed him what I want in a new vehicle and my budget. I went to get an oil change and tire rotation. I had the best service ever thanks to Mercedes. She was eager and very understanding of the questions that I asked. The time frame was a little over an hour but she would check in to let me know what’s going on. Thanks again Mercedes… See you in 3 months.

Dionte followed up to make sure that all my questions were answered. He was very professional and happy to go above and beyond to seek out the answers to my questions. However the initial appointment took double the estimated time I was quoted. Not counting the time Dionte spent tracking down some answers for me afterwards, including getting a diagnostic code read after I was informed it wasn't part of the multipoint inspection that I paid for.

That they corrected something in another shop messed up as I wasn't able to totally correct my alignment there was able to guide me what I needed to do to correct my alignment all the way further going forward but they did almost get it back to factory specs which is something really big that the other shop couldn't do on their machine
