The service rep Joshua Morris is awesome!!!! He always makes sure that everything is done properly and in a timely manner on my car. His customer service is excellent and he communicates every step of the process directly to me and will explain anything that I’m unsure of but like I said he’s AWESOME and the only service rep that I deal with.

I brought my 2022 Grand Cherokee in to service due to an issue with the vehicle turning itself off. The vehicle was giving a code that the transmission control module had a problem. Victoria and Eddie were very helpful. They checked the vehicle and were able to determine that it was only a battery. This saved me a TON of money over what I was previously told the problem was!

I couldn’t hold back from sharing my incredible experience at Landmark in Morrow, GA. I’ll always be a loyal customer! My journey with Landmark began about two years ago with a service manager named Eddie Rosa. While traveling to San Antonio, TX, my radiator was damaged by debris on the road due to construction. I took my vehicle to a Jeep dealership in Texas for repairs. Although my Mopar extended warranty covered a full replacement, the dealer only patched the radiator and failed to replace the required amount of freon. When I returned to Georgia, I visited Landmark of Morrow and explained the situation to Mr. Rosa. He immediately arranged a manager-to-manager meeting with the service department in Texas. Thanks to his persistence and professionalism, the dealer accepted responsibility and covered the cost of replacing my radiator under warranty. Fast forward to today—my most memorable experience yet was with Mr. Dionte. I was having trouble with my vehicle’s battery, and after I explained the issue, he went above and beyond to resolve it. I was genuinely surprised when he told me there would be no charge for his help. He also mentioned that he had recently been promoted to a managerial position—and I can absolutely see why. I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown by both Mr. Rosa and Mr. Dionte. Landmark is lucky to have them, and I hope Mr. Dionte continues to rise—managers like him make all the difference.

We were visiting from out of town when we stopped in for vehicle service. Our service advisor, Earl Hanger Jr., was outstanding in every way. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism, clearly explaining everything along the way. Earl let us know about an issue with the front brakes, and when I saw it for myself, I was grateful the technicians had caught it. Prior to taking my car to Landmark I had a very unpleasant experience at another Chrysler dealership regarding repairs and service here in this area. It was a blessing in disguise, my service advisor Joshua and the technician Allen, at Landmark were honest and Courteous. My Chrysler 200 2012 that I’ve had for the last 11 years responded just like the first day I bought my car. Every issue/repair was needed and affordable. Originally from California, I was so fortunate to find a Dealership here in Georgia that did excellent work. I would highly recommend this dealership for repairs and service

My wife and I had a great experience with Landmark of Morrow. We went in to look at their inventory of Jeep Grand Cherokees. We had been leaning toward the Limited, but we were able to get a great deal on a Summit and are super happy. From Gabbi (our sales agent) to their Sales (Cody) and Finance (Mike) Managers we worked with customer service experts. They treated us like family (including Mickey cooking hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill for everyone). I highly recommend Landmark if you're in the market for a vehicle.

I had such an amazing experience getting my oil changed, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the service I received. From the moment I arrived, Holly went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress free. Not only was she incredibly kind and welcoming, but she was also extremely attentive and proactive. Since the service was going to take a while, she even arranged an Uber for us so we could go grab food instead of just waiting around. That alone shows how much she genuinely cares about customers and their time. Throughout the entire process, she made sure every detail was handled. She checked in, answered all our questions, and made us feel completely taken care of. It wasn’t just good customer service, it felt like she truly went out of her way to make the experience as convenient and comfortable as possible. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only efficient and professional, but also so genuinely sweet and thoughtful. She turned what is usually a routine, boring errand into a really positive experience. I would absolutely come back again because of her. The husband and I visited the dealership to purchase a 2026 jeep Willy, and having gone through the car-buying process multiple times in different states, I can safely say this was the most friendly, no pressure/no sales tactic dealership I’ve been to! The whole process for getting approved took less than 15 minutes, and Matt, our salesman, was a gem! Dionte followed up to make sure that all my questions were answered. He was very professional and happy to go above and beyond to seek out the answers to my questions. However the initial appointment took double the estimated time I was quoted. Not counting the time Dionte spent tracking down some answers for me afterwards, including getting a diagnostic code read after I was informed it wasn't part of the multipoint inspection that I paid for.

That they corrected something in another shop messed up as I wasn't able to totally correct my alignment there was able to guide me what I needed to do to correct my alignment all the way further going forward but they did almost get it back to factory specs which is something really big that the other shop couldn't do on their machine

I didn’t like nothing! Jared was as suppose to replace flaps on my car and didn’t. He lied and said he forgot and he didn’t because we discussed it. My car was there three times for the same issue and still wasn’t fixed. Jared is a liar and manipulator.

In 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2019 I have purchased new Jeeps from Donatus Ugonabo who is Landmark Dodges' best salesman. My experiences have been awesome. So much that I recommended others to purchase cars with him. The staff also worked with me to attain low monthly payments and I have been completely satisfied. i bought a used vehicle for this dealership. I am a out of state buyer so it was different then just going to the dealership and buying the car or truck. You have to put a lot of trust in the people you are dealing with. The sales person, used car Manager and Finance manager all did great in getting me into the car i wanted and having it delivered 11 hours away. No problems here.

I want to give a shout out to Ceesay. I came in for a used truck and left with a smack brand new one. No gimmick, No Games. He was real professional and knowledgeable and instead of forcing the sale/upgrade, he let the decision be totally up to me with no pressure added. He got me in and out, no long drawn out day at the dealership. I had plenty of time and sunshine to enjoy my new truck this makes my 3rd vehicle from this location and all of them were phenomenal vehicles. Definitely my go to. Proud owner of a 2024 Ram 1500.
