After a bad experience at Rick hendrick, Landmark came through and gave me an even better deal. I think it helped that I knew exactly what I wanted already but their team did amazing. Shout out to Chris Lee, Eric and Jeremey(jay) and Yusef(might have spelled it wrong) the financial guy. Made me feel happy about trading in my old vehicle for a new one. Holly H has been a great help in the service department and is now my preferred advisor!

Mannn I can not say enough about how Hollie Higby made my life so much easier with the work that had to be done on my truck. I have only had the truck for three months from a different dealer and thank god I had Hollie as my service provider. She has been through a situation like mines prior so she had all the information and steps to take to ensure no issues with the warranty. I have never had a service provider text me updates the way she did even sending pictures. If you’re reading this I highly recommend Hollie she will not disappoint! 10/10

Landmark Dodge Chrysler in Monrow is the best OK I drive 45 minutes just to come to this dealership and I’m only 15 minutes away from the one in my area because this dealership treat you fair. Take care of you don’t overprice you the service advisor Victoria is absolutely the best very informational and she actually cares about Her customers! Deonte is the best he is someone that’s over her and Donald the mechanic is even the best. He will come out from the back if you have concerns about what’s going on with your car and it will explain to you briefly.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this time I am very happy with the service here. Was driving from Florida to California when my Service engine light turned on. Called this closest dealership and they were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Victoria, my service advisor, was wonderful and sympathetic to my situation. Instead of keeping my van for 48 hours just for diagnostics, they were able to finish everything within a day (they also stayed a bit after closing). Moreover, they also noticed and fixed an unrelated problem with my radiator so I appreciate their thoroughness. Communication was exceptional with constant updates throughout the entire process. They also offer Uber service which was really nice. Thank you again to Victoria and team!

Just purchased a new jeep grand Cherokee here. Victor was great. They honored the internet advertised price without question. Some place like to play games, but not here. Mike In financing was great and worked with us open and honestly about options. They were communicative throughout. We are from Newnan but drove to Marrow to work with them and happy we did. We will likely be back, despite having to drive past other Jeep dealerships, for our next vehicle.

Was looking all over for widebody challenger and had spoken to about 6 or 7 different dealerships but didn't get anywhere. Then I finally searched landmark dodge and Troy Stevenson reached out to me. Within one day he worked out a deal for me and the next day he had me picking up my favorite car with very low mileage and a fantastic price. If you go here I recommend you ask for Troy. Out of all vehicles I've purchased he is the best sales agent I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

I want to give a shout out to Ceesay. I came in for a used truck and left with a smack brand new one. No gimmick, No Games. He was real professional and knowledgeable and instead of forcing the sale/upgrade, he let the decision be totally up to me with no pressure added. He got me in and out, no long drawn out day at the dealership. I had plenty of time and sunshine to enjoy my new truck this makes my 3rd vehicle from this location and all of them were phenomenal vehicles. Definitely my go to. Proud owner of a 2024 Ram 1500. Dionte followed up to make sure that all my questions were answered. He was very professional and happy to go above and beyond to seek out the answers to my questions. However the initial appointment took double the estimated time I was quoted. Not counting the time Dionte spent tracking down some answers for me afterwards, including getting a diagnostic code read after I was informed it wasn't part of the multipoint inspection that I paid for.

That they corrected something in another shop messed up as I wasn't able to totally correct my alignment there was able to guide me what I needed to do to correct my alignment all the way further going forward but they did almost get it back to factory specs which is something really big that the other shop couldn't do on their machine

I didn’t like nothing! Jared was as suppose to replace flaps on my car and didn’t. He lied and said he forgot and he didn’t because we discussed it. My car was there three times for the same issue and still wasn’t fixed. Jared is a liar and manipulator.

You have to put a lot of trust in the people you are dealing with.
